December 22, 2023   Project Management Group for Energy Facilities Construction Under the President of Tajikistan (PMG) has prepared an updated Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) for the construction and operation of Rogun Hydropower Project on the Vakhsh River. The draft ESIA has been released for public review and comment by
