The Project Management Consultant (PMC) provides comprehensive technical, engineering, and project management support across all major components of Rogun HPP. The PMC acts as the Engineer or Employer’s Representative under international FIDIC-based contracts, ensuring effective contract administration, coordination, and oversight. Key responsibilities include: Monitoring compliance with contractual, technical, and quality requirements Reviewing and managing project schedules, progress, and interfaces between different lots Supporting cost control, variation assessment, and contract management processes Ensuring adherence to environmental, social, health, and safety (ESHS) standards Coordinating technical supervision across all construction packages A particular focus of the PMC is dam safety oversight, including monitoring instrumentation data, reviewing technical performance, and supporting commissioning and testing activities of major infrastructure systems.
